In the prior to season “big game” lines Nebraska was favored in every game except OSU. The line for OSU was Ohio State -3. The actual line Saturday was -17.5.

The only thing is all these bets were -120. Could have made a lot of money betting against Neb and Michigan on the assumption that they were going to be overrated again.

Never has a 4-8 team, losing their best WR and RB, got so much undeserved hype. I noticed the hype just kept growing to. I think the over/under win total, over 8.5 I believe was around +180 and grew to about even money over the summer. Probably all the Husker money coming in. I also read some casino in Council Bluffs had a pretty big liability if the Huskers won the NC.

I’m expecting it to settle around 3/3.5, I’ll be really interested to see if it moves any further.
