Michigan is sooooo over-rated!

I don't have a clue as to why everyone thinks Michigan will be so good next year. The only reason they were worth a do-hicky last year was because they had a 2 yr. starting QB fall into their laps who was run off by a bunch of whiny Iowa fans. They have so many ? marks and no experience at QB this yr. that even the great and mighty Hardballs can't pull this rabbit out of his........ They will be 8-4 at best. Mark it my friends!

Oh, is that why? I guess I dont' want a QB that is weak enough to get run off by whiny fans...

My question is who cares, pre season rankings are just that.Let the games begin then we'll see.Not biting on the whining QB theory (lol) Sorry.

I saw Dodd's preseason rankings and thought the same thing. I know they have some highly touted recruits but I don't see a conference championship contender let alone a playoff contender in Ann Arbor. Who knows though, who saw an 12-0 Iowa team last year. Eff Michigan though.

A) I believe Ohio State's entire roster got drafted so they will come back to earth at least for a year.
B) Majority of the defense including a really good d-line is coming back.
C) Harbaugh is really that good of a coach. He's a game changer.

The Harbaugh band wagon is going full speed through the media, so I am not surprised that Michigan is getting rated highly for 2016. We have seen "saviors" hired by Michigan before. We shall see...

Harbaugh has turned around every program he's been at. He took the 49ers who were just horrible (but had plenty of talent) back to the top. He's getting the talent at Michigan (which they always do).

He's very good. To think he's a Rich Rod, or Hoke, that's just wrong.

I feel Michigan will be our toughest game of the year, and see us as an underdog at home.

If you think Harbaugh is Richrod or Hoke you are crazy. It all comes down to that NFL itch when does he want to scratch it. Until then he will pile up double digit win seasons.

Last I heard, he left because he got passed up by a better QB... not sure where you got the whiny fan scenario...

Maybe you should go to your team's message board and post this. Why bother with "a bunch of whiney Iowa fans"?

I think Michigan has a shot in the sense that OSU lost a ton and they'll have some growing to go early in the year especially. MSU will have a new QB also and lost some pretty good players... Michigan yes lost JR but they have some pretty good skill guys coming back and that D they will have is legit. If Harbaugh can get even decent play from whomever gets the QB spot this year they'll be tough. Good enough to get to Indy? Maybe maybe not but I wouldn't rule them out of it today.
The whiney Iowa fans line I don't really understand... Well I do but if you think Iowa fans are why the coaches made that move then there's just no point in explaining it to you...

Michigan has gotten the blue chip recruits for years. It appears Hoke and Rich Rod may not have developed that talent to remain in the upper ranks of the conference. However Harbaugh has shown that he can turn a program around everywhere he's been the HC. I believe he has the tools and ability to do everything @ Mich that Urban has done @ tOSU. Will he get it done this year? All I know is that I'd love for Iowa to stand in his way.

I personally am welcoming JH into the B1G fold....anything to put a damper on those smug pr!cks @ OSU. Sick of them, sick of their swagger, sick of them winning without really sweating things out. Good to see UM back in the mix of things.

I agree

I believe Michigan is finished being irrelevant and the BIG has been served notice! They are going to be a very tuff football team and Iowa will need to play their best game of the season to win. I am looking forward to the matchup.
