Our track record for acquiring the most desired and available lots in higher traffic areas is spotty. We choose to focus more on the engineering and construction side of the business........usually in lower traffic areas.

That's more our core business and fit as our CEO sees it. Some investors like that approach, some don't.

I would say that our roi isn't too bad. Most investors are excited about a 30% roi.

I've been through South Bend a few times in the last year. Outside of the ND campus (which really isn't as spectacular at you'd think)...the town is largely a sh** hole. The Notre Dame brand isn't what is was 20 years ago...and nowhere close to what it was 40 years ago...

No sweat off my balls and I'm sure Rob feels the same way. Just annoying that there are different rules for different posters. If you can't take it when someone is critical of your work or team maybe that tells you something.

Here it is though 1 day later and you have derailed the thread worse than what you were "calling out". You and Rob may have history, but your post was indeed meant to insight an argument that had nothing what so ever to do with the thread. Just saying, it's a beautiful day to live in a glass house.
