Because his approach seemed to leave a lot of reporters and Iowa fans confused about what was really going on. If the reporters with all the inside knowledge were confused, that probably means many of Iowa's own players were in the dark. Is that good for team unity to have all these rumors flying around that Cade has quit the team? Just tell the frickin truth.
