You compared McCall's 40 time to Ladell Betts combine time of in 'the 4.6' range.

Shonn Greene's NFL combine 40 time was 4.62.

Just FYI, and I believe it is Greene who Eric Johnson is comparing McCall to in your article.

That 40 time was on a notoriously slow track. His time was one of the best at the event. Damiere Byrd, who is one of the fastest recruits in the country and was tmed in the 4.3's pretty much everywhere else, ran a 4.55 (or so) at the same event.
