When they do have Fran bobblehead night, they need to manufacture the bobbleheads with a giant dent in his chest cavity in the approximate location in which that ref attempted to impale Fran with an elbow.

Why suspend this??? It's a marketing goldmine. Snap a picture of "Fran" sitting in coach's chair and tweet something clever as a not-so-subtle middle finger to Delaney. Plus, there will be lots of press coverage that would otherwise be absent, and fans could still say they have the only Fran in the building as a souvenir. I think it's a lost opportunity.

Also when a they have a players bobblehead night and a player does not play due to injury, they normally don't cancel it.

Pretty F'd up if you bought tickets to take your kid to see a game and get a bobblehead.

Then again the U of I marketing department, tends to miss the boat a lot. You should go work for them hawkstats, you seem to understand what marketing is all about.
