This is from the Jet website. Ryan said the Jets would re-sign veteran defensive tackle Howard Green to help replace Jenkins, as will holdovers Sione Pouha and Mike DeVito.

difference between them is about 100 lbs ... I think the Jets probably see Kroul as a 3-4 DE, but I could be wrong

He is excelling on the practice squad. Got a game ball a few weeks back because of his superior prep during the week.
