I like your thought process, but hockenson and wieting could fill that roll while fant moves all over the field.

I'm sure they'll be moving him around a ton. But to keep defense honest there's nothing wrong with lining him up inline some too. If he's gotten better at blocking what's the harm with that? Putting him on the line sometimes and not putting him only in the slot or outside would be part of the keeping the D off balance. He can run a lot of routes from being lined up on the line too. I look forward to him and the whole offense having a big year.

Most of us are middle age or older, so I'm presuming that we all remember that Super Bowl game where the Bears were playing the Patriots and The Fridge scored a TD. That created a lot of excitement, buzz and general giddiness. I think we're going to see that level of creativity three to five times PER GAME this year where teams are just caught with their pants down and we score on creative plays. I think AJ will be the only defensive lineman in the country with a pick six, a fumble recovery TD, a passing TD (which will come out of the pistol formation), a rushing TD and a receiving TD. Those sorts of things fire up the team and crowd and we're going to see some really creative stuff this year. I can't wait.

CREATIVE?? That is not a word I use around our H/C.Am old and last nite Hit a few bars and as I stated I saw a sign that said Free Beer Tomorrow? If I find that BAR,well I think our H/C is CREATIVE... Am I obtuse also?
