I don't know if the Stoops brothers would bring a lot of Big 10 titles to Iowa City. My guess is they wouldn't bring a lot of 4-8 records either. It would be nice to have a coach that acted like he wanted to win a game.

I can understand why Mark Stoops made this move. He's probably hoping to do at KY what Franklin has done at Vanderbilt. If Franklin wants to, he could take a big step up this year.
