Congrats to Marble. He deserves it. From article;

IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The Big Ten announced Monday that University of Iowa senior guard Roy Devyn Marble has been named conference Player of the Week after leading the Hawkeyes to a pair of victories last week, including an 84-74 victory at No. 3 Ohio State. The honor is the first for Marble and first for a Hawkeye since Matt Gatens earned the award, Feb. 27, 2012.

Marble averaged 18.5 points, shooting 60 percent from the field (12-of-20) and 3-point range (3-of-5). He averaged 4.5 assists, 3.5 steals and three rebounds in wins over Northwestern and Ohio State.

But I wonder how close White was to winning it. He scored a combined 37 points which included a perfect 12 out of 12 from the free throw line and even a 3 point goal, plus add in 16 total rebounds with 7 assists. It was a very impressive week for White as well.
