CHICAGO – Iowa’s sophomore guard/forward Roy Devyn Marble advanced to the finals of the 2012 GEICO Play of the Year, Intersport announced today. Each week for eight weeks, fans vote for the GEICO Play of the Year (facebook.com/BestofCollegeBasketball) and the winner will be announced on GEICO presents Best of College Basketball 2012 on CBS March 25 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
In addition to recognizing the season’s top plays, the one-hour CBS special will relive the season’s greatest moments, players and traditions. The show also marks the culmination of the GEICO Best of 2012 Basketball Tour, an interactive fan experience that visits 10 marquee games throughout the basketball season.
