Crowd howled for Vandenberg's mom...and it wasn't the same kind of cheer as others got....I talked briefly with her, and I asked her if she was aware of the tv sensation she had become...she was and rolled her eyes and laughed.

I don't quite get it myself. Yeah, they showed her a lot and she is good looking but she's not THAT hot. I think it has to do with the whole cougar/puma phenomenon. MILF if you will. I am sure Vandy will take and already has taken a lot of crap from teammates on this issue.
