I wouldn't do him any favors. Leaving in the middle of the season is not good unless there is personel situation that hasn't come out.

Usually a transfer has restrictions to conference schools and any schools on future schedules.

Kurt statement says Willies wants to be closer to his father who is having health problems. Will be interesting to see whether Dad's health problems get better in, oh, say SEC country. Or the Pac12.
