Does this mean Macari wants to play at Iowa? Or the guy who tweeted to his coach thinks he should go to Iowa?

It's cryptic at best, but reading the Tweet from his coach, I think Macari wants to go to Iowa if he gets the offer and the grades are good.

I hope so. Macari is an Athlete, with a capital A. Would be one of the most athletic players to ever play at Iowa.
 
It just takes a few guys with this type of athletisism to make the whole program look different. 2 or 3 exciting players who can get in there and contirbute, make the game look fun and exciting, fill some more seats and create a buzz can get things rolling in the right direction.

I know I would love to just watch Iowa be fun again. I want the wins too, but at least for starters be fun again.
