Top 2 excuses/comments that I noticed on multiple sites.

Folks still throwing around Iowa has benefited from 2 recruiting classes in one season...

Iowa is losing most of their team next year...
.....maybe... but McD and MM weren't in the lineup last year and they are in the finals THIS year.... we might have some other guys step in next year and surprise.

Teams are going to be looking for pay back next year against Iowa...
I think we'll be scrappy next year.... I like the top dog to underdog turn.

I think teams are going to be disappointed in that the drop off won't be as much as they hoped. There will be a drop off.... but I think we'll be better they most folks are thinking
