Luka Garza Placed on Wooden Watch List.....DAMN

I'm pretty sure he was a force his junior year too. I'd have to look at his numbers. I thought he scored 49 or some crazy number against North Dakota State early in his junior year and never looked back.

Kaminsky was all Big Ten 1st team his junior and senior seasons.

2013-14 --> 13.9 points/6.3 rebounds per game
2014-15 --> 18.8 points/8.2 rebounds per game

I didn't remember he was first team in 2014. Must have been a weak year for bigs.

His only real negatives at this point are free-throw shooting and prone to facial injury.

22.1 pts, 10.7 rbds

I’m not counting out this year but this team could be something special if Garza comes back next year.

I’m looking forward to seeing how far he can carry Iowa this year.

Called it back in 2017-2018 - Hawks would be a 2nd weekend team this season with
- Jo-Bo
- Garza (Saw he was gonna be special and wanted the offense run through him starting last year!)
- Cook
- Jo-Wies (sight unseen)
- (C-Mac / Kriener / Nunge / Pemsl)

3 of the top 8 are out / gone. While CJ makes up a big chunk, I'm still not sure if they make the dance in the end. However, next season ...
- Jo-Bo is back;
- C-Mac is even more solid;
- CJ continues all-around development (Already good shooter; starting to drive with surprising quickness.)
- Garza returns ... oooooh, Billy, Billy, Billy ... don't let me down, Billy!:(
- Jo-Wies ... I think he's back at least 1 more.
- Toussaint / a strong, healthy P-Mac (prayers!) / Pemsl / Nunge
- some spot contributions from Ulis and Ogundele

Just, WOW if all the IFs ... health, everyone returns and potential gets realized.
