Lucas Oil Stadium and B1G Champ Game Attendance

Been to every title game, and really excited to see Hawks playing in it this year. Always plenty of tickets available, and will be no different this year.

Go Hawks..

Do u live in Indy? Tickets available day of game for face value? I've heard the same thing but just seems like iowa is gonna have a ton of fans there.

Appreciate your input!

My wife tried to surprise me with tickets but didn't get them when she saw how much they started at. It'd be a 10 hour drive from our house and I'd only get Friday off. LOTS of driving for that short a stay. Knowing now that they might be cheaper if we just got them when we get there kinda wish we'd done that.

I live in Chicago, but have attended every big ten title game, and always plenty of tickets on the street, at not bad pricing. I think Iowa will have 25,000 or so, and MSU does not travel that great so seeing 10-12,000 for MSU, and each year plenty of tickets on the street, hope to see lot's of black and gold in Indy this weekend.

One other tip for those still looking to buy tickets. Iowa is the home team and will be on the WEST side of the field. This is the side with section 640 at mid field. Go Hawks.

Up in the air as far as going, live in Cedar Rapids so the drive won't be bad but not paying $200 per ticket. At that price I can stay home and watch it even though it would be awesome to be there with all of my Hawkeye friends. Were planning on going to the bowl game so that's money we could use towards it.Go Hawks

I think everybody who can go to this game needs to go to this game. Don't question it just pay the money and go. Who knows when Iowa will be in another Big Ten Championship game again? I've had tickets for 2 months now and I've been looking forward to this since I bought them. Yes, it wasn't a sure thing that Iowa would be in the game when I bought them but this is a special team and I was willing to risk it. GO HAWKS!!!

Seasons like this dont happen at Iowa. My advice is to spend the $$$

Those numbers would mean the stadium would only be half full. I fully expect this game to be nearly sold out. Both teams are playing for the chance to make the college football playoff for the first time. Plus, for Iowa fans this was totally unexpected so I think the fans will travel in droves. I would honestly guess 35,000+ Iowa fans will be at the game.

That's right. My dad got dragged over there with some Nebraska fans and he said the place was a freaking morgue. Claimed he wanted to bounce in the first quarter when it was 21-0, but the guy with the car wouldn't leave until the end.

Gus Johnson could've broadcasted without a mic, in house.
It was nice seeing Debbie get rolled by Connie that game.
