Dude looks like he's always in pain, what's the deal?

this is him trying to smile, and it looks painful

That's just Lovie thanking the Lord that he somehow still has a job and wondering who his next scapegoat offensive coordinator will be.

Maybe he knows at some points in time he will have to depend on Green Bay winning a game to keep his season alive and acknowledges the fact that no matter how many Bears fans watch a Packers game pleading for a win, they will inevitably lose by a field goal and find themselves out of the playoffs.

Not sure what felt worse over the weekend. Not making the playoffs (despite the fact they'd lose wildcard weekend) or cheering for a Packer win. Unlike the Seattle game, this was one Packers loss that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Phil Emery is damn fool.

Bears are screwed. Goodbye veteran players. Chicago will clean house.

Idiots.

Sounds like they will start over.....I thought they should let Lovie coach out his one year left on his deal, bring everybody back, and try to add some o-lineman,and make another run. Cutler is 15-4 in the last 19 games he has started and not been injured in....If he does not get hurt last year they make the playoffs, and this year they go 10-6 and that means starting over? BS!

Looks like Hester is debating retiring. Urlacher will probably be next.

Loved Hester early in his career, but now I question his decision making more than anything anymore. While I still think he's a solid returner the horizontal sideline to sideline running isn't getting the results it use to and I think he's losing it as a return man (ie. the return yesterday in which he was tackled inside his own 5 yard line). While he'll still break one every now and then I just don't see him as a touch away from the endzone anymore, and unfortunately he never panned out as a wideout. Hope he stays around, but I think his best days are by far behind him.

What has Hester done since the NFL changed the kick off rules? Nothing. He's a horrible receiver and he doesn't have another return in him. He's worthless to the team, get rid of him.

Urlacher has been the heart and soul of the bears team for a long time but the only thing he has left in his tank is his leadership. He's my favorite bear but it's time for him to move on.

Briggs is also ****** apparently, which is surprising considering that he didn't want anything to do with the Bears a few seasons ago when they slapped the franchise tag on him and forced him to stay. Let him leave as well.

The bears can afford to clean house, I just hope they take Cutler and their entire offensive line with them.

The bears should spend all their draft picks on O-linemen and a new QB. Their O-line is terrible.

Haven't they tried that with Chris Williams taking him in the top 20, I believe?

Cutler is not a winning QB, well, let me put it like this I guess, Cutler is not a QB that can command respect and unity at the same time.

The QB needs to be gone, that means Marshall as well. Defensively, the front 7 needs and overhaul as in infusion of young talent.

You gotta hand it to Cutler, he is like Deron Williams of the NBA and coaches.

That's ridiculous. Cutler didn't get Smith fired. Cutler has done nothing but win the entire time he's been in Chicago. If he looks ****** off half the time, it's because the other half the time he's running for his life getting concussions.

The Bears were two offensive linemen away from being a serious Super Bowl contender. Starting over right now is asinine.

Not so ridiculous my friend, didn't Shanahan get fired at Denver when he was there?

Look, I am not saying there is a direct link that Cutler complained and got him fired, maybe DW a bad citation.

It is moreso the fact that where he has been people have this belief that he is really good and he has a game that makes everyone think, yeah this is the guy that is going to lead us. Problem is he is no different than Tony Romo, just not that good.

Sometimes franchises believe they can put crap talent around "elite" players and expect it to work and then blame the coach when it fails.
