Very happy for the Seniors.
We got the W because of two things...A. Wadley and +3 on turnovers.
In a few weeks today won't matter much, but that's ok. These days unless you're in the playoff, your bowl game is mostly just a vacation trip for the fans and a hopefully a fun week in the sun for the players to cap off a long season and add some great memories to the college career.

Often this kind of statistic is somewhat misleading. They had one drive start at the opponent's five yard line (though they didn't move the ball, even if they had it would have been a possession that could have yielded five yards at the most), and another one that started deep in BC's territory after Wadley's return. That's two possessions that they wouldn't have been able to rack up that many yards anyway.

Yards don't win games, points do.
Iowa offenses during KF tenure have had the luxury of being hampered by Iowa defenses with excellent turnover margins and above average return games on special teams. That will reduce the need for the 9ffense to put up tons of yards to score points.

As I reminded all in a different thread the belief that QBs regress at Iowa is false, but keep trying.
