Iowa sucks when they are supposed to win. They, once again, are underdogs. That means they show up and play awesomely.

Herby was more positive about the Hawkeyes than most Iowa fans. He said a lot of complimentary things, he just thinks it won't be enough to beat a good OSU team. He had to sneak in mentions that Ricky and DJK are both from Ohio.

How can that be a suprise to anyone who's watched Iowa play recently. I'd of been concerned if they were picking Iowa this time around.

On the Big Ten Network, Two of the three announcers picked Iowa over Ohio State. I'd rather have everyone pick against us. Iowa plays better when it's Us against the world.

But that's the problem this year, we just don't bring the A game when we're favored (generally speaking). And if we want to compete with the big boys year in and out, we need to handle the bulls-eye on our back better. I don't know the answer to that, but it's obvious we play much better when we're the underdog.

Well, if we had played up to our potential, we'd likely be undefeated right now. But no...we had to forget to show up against the likes of Arizona, Wisconsin, Indiana and Northwestern.

My heart says Hawks, but my head says Bucks.
