So what I'm getting from this is at Iowa has to settle for 2 star guys because its late in the game. Considering that any idiot knows that, I'm not sure what Herby planned to accomplish here, other than pick fights. Seriously, ban this troll.

He was just starting a thread to invoke conversation. But since you said that "considering that any idiot knows that", I am going to assume that you know that many people on here will just say that KF should have locked down better recruits already and we wouldn't be in this mess with just picking up 2* guys. Which really isn't true, Iowa still could get Jake Roh or Veii (can't remember his first name now), both 3* guys. There are a few guys still out there with Iowa in their top choices. I am hoping that this class will be the first class without any 2* guys in it. I know, I know, wishful thinking but still a guy can hope right?
 
their are many players that got overlooked because bthey did not have good JR YEARS,
it is these players that have a outstanding SR year that KF ussually finds
for example Joey Jewell a LB was just named 3A Player of the year in Iowa, that this staff is looking at,, stats
6'2 200 lbs out of Decorah this years 3A state champion. the same school that produced OL Brandon Scherff

I sense we have some bullies! Red I have your back. It has gotten old that a bunch of you that come on this board and give Red a bunch of crap about his posting. He brings it every day. Every day he brings something worthy of reading and talking about in a mature way. He doesn't ask for people to come on here and give him a bunch of grief for his writing habits. He is on because he does his homework and wishes to share it with us all.

I say you let him post his stuff and respond with out giving him grief. Let's make this somewhat enjoyable board more worth viewing without bullies.

I have made that point many, many times. It was never well received. I don't see the point in name calling or always gripping about spelling or grammar.

But you have to remember one thing about Red, he isn't always innocent.

I'm not saying he is or isn't. Most of the time he posts interesting stuff that is worth talking about. Regardless if he spells or uses proper grammar. A few hand full of people on this board do their homework and post regularly. He is one that does. If you enjoy being on this board, you overlook any misspells and grammar usage. You just go with the flow and try to keep the board worth while.

Hate to say it Tmoney but that just isn't true. Some people will still be jerk no matter what. Maybe it is in their nature or because this is anonymous and online and it makes them feel good because their real life sucks, man I don't know but that is just how I see it. Or many people just don't like others to disagree with them. I may have only been posting on this board for a few weeks now but I have been around many different boards and forums for many different things and I have learned that isn't true.

Some people are just jerks on here, I agree. But there are plenty of people who are jerks to herby because he's a jerk. They pick on his typing and such because its the obvious place to poke a sharp stick.

If some guy with ****ed up teeth is a jerk to people, I'm probably going to fight back by making fun of his dental monstrosity. Is it childish? Perhaps. But that doesn't make herby innocent of provoking people.
