I'm with you on this one, but fall practices are brutal as it is. I remember living for these moments when you get the chance to celebrate because no one is going to flag you. The worst you'll have is extra sprints at the end of practice. I love the energy and I love the camaraderie.

The only things I don't love are the defense losing contain and that he could have hurt himself with the flip. But it appeared to be well in control landing on his bum instead of with his legs in a dangerously unpredictable position.

Yeah I remember Wadley and Fant getting flagged for it at times last yr. In practice honestly I could care less. I guess I just don't want to see it hurt the team at all. It's unnecessary. Not meaning to sound too much like the get off my lawn guy but get in the endzone then celebrate. I'm fine with the occasional 15 yard post score penalty. If your getting one of those at the end of the first half and the other team doesn't have time to score than there's no harm or foul in doing so. But there's even times where that is a bad thing and your putting your D in a tough spot the following possession.
