Look out...Dakich calling the ohio st. michigan game

"...Did Dakich just say: What do you learn in a library. You learn more in the student section....."

One of the most ignorant statements ever made... and doing so in game played by 2 top academic institutions in America too...

So he had to mention OSU beat Iowa at Iowa...didn't Iowa beat OSU at OSU?

Who has the worse loss between the two, PSU probably doesn't count.

UM looking prime to pull this.
Part of me wanted to see UM come back to the pack BUT this also helps the Hawks getting distance and solidifying 3rd place.

I really like LeVert. He is a rising superstar. I think he is better than Glenn Robinson Jr......

I've never understood the love for Robinson. I don't think he's anywhere near NBA ready...no outside shot at all. He also missed about 4 put backs and/or layups tonight.

I guess it doesn't bother me to see teams like OSU/Wisky lose and Iowa being able to continue to solidify its position in the BIG and distance themselves from the rest of the league like MSU/UM are currently doing.

That said, I think Iowa has a legit shot at winning out, if MSU slips at UM, that will put Iowa in 2nd place and if UM can lose a couple they shouldn't, first place is still within reach. Iowa has to play with a chip on their shoulder every time they hit the floor, if they do that there is no team they can't beat in the BIG.

I get the love for GR3, but he doesn't play with consistency. If he had the mindset that he is going to dominate the game when he steps on the floor he can, he has that type of ability. All the tools are there, but he looks to be thinking a lot of the time and not just playing.

I think he needs at least 1 more year of college ball...and a lot of work on his outside shot. I certainly hope he opts for the NBA. Get rid of him before he decides to get serious about basketball.

Agree with you, I do think he has that shadow over him and weather he admits it or not, I think he does so much to not be his dad, it is a detriment to his game because he is a lot better player than he shows night in and night out.

To be honest, I think he could be in the mold of a Grant Hill if he just let himself play with aggression night in and night out. There isn't anything he can't do on the floor, he is such a natural athlete and things look easy to him, but for some reason he disappears at times.

I don't know what he will do, pretty quiet out here as far as any info as to what he may do. I know it is during the season, but Stauskas' dad already opened his mouth, how did that work out?

His logic failed him on that argument. I didn't hear the whole discussion, but to argue OSU was better than Iowa because OSU beat them in IC then fail to mention Iowa won at OSU is ridiculous. I also got the feeling he was downplaying the throttling Michigan took at IC.

I like Dakich but I think part of his schtick is to say things that are bizarre. He even mentioned Iowa fans giving him a hard time for putting OSU ahead of the Hawks. He is toying with the fan base.
