Lockett or Oriakhi?

personnally i have faith in this current group of players and need neither one. Woodbury will not need a year to be ready to play, and Olaseni will make a big stride to be a contributor next seaon, i also believe we will see Basabe step it up next season as well as McCabe.in my opinion Oraihki brings no more than what we already have

I think Iowa State fans are happy with what is coming back plus the eligible transfers. Probably another NCAA Tournament season ;)

Before I can type any kind of rebuttle to this, who is left and who will be eligible for ISU next season?
I know there are four freshman coming in with Niang and Dorsey-Walker being the players of note, but provide a complete roster as I can't figure out who is or isn't eligible based on their roster on Rivals.

The one thing I do know is that either Royce White or Christopherson were the only individual leaders in any statistical category and they are both gone, except FG% and Percy Gibson led that with a limited number of shots.

We can look at this further in a Rivalry thread, if need be.

I'm thinking both will come to Iowa, one will walk on until a scholarship opens up. Its so obvious that this is what will happen, because the HIMBLG is mad at the AIRBHG. (happy Iowa mens basketball loving god)

sport haven't realized by now ISU always brings in Superstar players now that the Warden is in charge, in another year they will become a regular Elite 8 participant, with a final 4 every 2 years

I agree with this and would rather see available minutes go to incoming freshmen than any either 1 year player next year.

I would feel differently if we were talking about a one and done type NBA talent.

at this point in the recruiting stage other than a top 25 type player or somebody that is program changer i say bank it, and i have been going to JUCO junction top 150 site and nobody really stands out, of the available players.
and the players that are popping up on the Iowa boards as far as names there are 3-4 top 50 kids on there in the 6'5 to 6'9 range, and i would love to add a couple top 50 kids to this roster, with losing just May
