Lights on court in Wisconsin game

Did anyone get annoyed when Iowa was on offense last night and those lights were flashing on the court during most of their possessions throughout the game then when Wisconsin was on offense they suddenly turned off? Honestly this team is shook right now but I don’t this they’re shook to the point of only putting up 45 points against this years Wisconsin team.
