I do not think that we are losing games because of our system or because Lick can't coach. He isn't the one that is only hitting 3/10 3 pt. attempts.

I'm sorry the talent is not there. There isn't one player on the team who has played CONSISTENTLY like a legitimate Big 10 starter. Maybe by the time they are seniors that will be different.

So is this Lick's fault? After all he lost half his team. These are now his recruits.

If this is Lick's idea of building a program... then forget about it.

But yet, it looks like he has a decent recruiting class. And an article in the paper suggests that no one is abandoning ship. But is he getting any difference makers?

Barta's decision comes down to whether or not he is confident that Lick is capable of recruiting, retaining and developing top tier talent.
