Agreed. Must be another halftime adjustment that was made....actually, I do give KF credit for not doubting the kid and showing confidence in using him there, rather than, you know, punting.
 
Would agree with the OP, Koehn, had a great game big kick, and his kickoffs are very strong!! Reminds me of a young Keading, this game should really give him something too build on.
 
I'm willing to say he has a stronger leg than Nate did after seeing that kick today.
In fact I feel like he has the strongest leg of any Iowa kicker.


IBA, the sound I heard when foot met ball was a booming noise. That signals strong leg, indeed. No NK, but if MK can get his confidence 100%, then he will be, and we will have, a real weapon.
