I think there's going to be a lot of fighting for the last few spots in the East. Maryland, Rutgers, OSU and PSU will be in for sure. The amount of high school talent in that half of the conference will completly dwarf what is the western half of the conference. Wisconsin, plus all the Indiana, Michigan and Illinois schools are going to want those yearly trips out East to sell recruits on.

Two divisions of 7 teams. Divisions get reshuffled every two years based on w-l. Non division games go first to trophy games not already within division and next to the longest span in between match-ups.
Trophy games always hold more interest than inter division games.
