How dumb are you? MSU always loses regular season games, that doesn't mean they aren't good. Last year they lost 11 games and were in the Final 4. They aren't going to come close to losing 11 games this year.

Basically you are telling us that MSU is "overrated", but they will be what they usually are over the last 15 years (7-9 losses). In those 15 years they have made 10 Sweet 16's, and are considered one of the most dominate teams over that time frame.......LOL, and you want us to think you aren't trolling? You either don't understand BB, or you are trolling, which is it?
 
MSU has the talent so I would not be surprised to see them get their act together and make a run the rest of the season
 
Look I am no expert but I have played basketball and I have coached basketball. One thing I know for sure is that it is extremely important to play with confidence. The first time we beat MSU they had excuses; on the road without their best player. They crushed a couple of teams after that game and came into the second match-up confident and ready to play. They were saying all of the right things. We destroyed them on their home floor. That had to do something to the mentality of the team. They came into a big game with everything they had and were crushed. Watching them last night, they look like a desperate team who now lacks confidence. Doesn't mean they don't have talent, it just means they need to find the mojo that Iowa took from them.

Michigan State could lose the rest of their games this year and statements you made in this thread would still be wrong.

They say never let a team beat you twice (meaning don't let a loss affect how you play the next game). Well iowa has beaten Sparty 4 times now.
 
As I said. Michigan State just doesn't pass the eye test. I'm not saying they don't have talent, I'm just saying as a team they don't look very good.

Michigan State started to have troubles when Izzo's dad passed away. Then they had a couple of injuries. They will be back at full force pretty soon. I think if Iowa doesn't have any injuries the Purdue and Maryland games coming up will have a long way to determine where Iowa is seeded come tournament time. The Michigan game at the end of the year will be tough too. They could lose some other games, but if they come to play they should do good.

They haven't looked good since Valentine got hurt and seem to be struggling to reintegrate him. But if you could seriously watch that team before his injury and say they didn't pass the eye test, then you're wasting your time watching basketball because you clearly can't see it very well.
 
This joker is ludicrous. MSU has been the king of the BIg for some time. We took their crown. Iowa is seriously in contention for a 1 seed according to all the "experts" Zit back and enjoy. This doesn't happen but once every 25 years.
