If it was 16 or fewer felonies, you should be able to get the case dismissed if you proactively do 16 hours of community service and pay the government $10k. However, if you blew a 0.081 and got caught driving, I would expect some jail time.

Or you can just steal your neighbors stuff 9 times in a row and the DA will issue you a certificate of innocence. (I never even heard of that until today)
