If it was 16 or fewer felonies, you should be able to get the case dismissed if you proactively do 16 hours of community service and pay the government $10k. However, if you blew a 0.081 and got caught driving, I would expect some jail time.

The reason why its so hard to be a good, honest or God fearing person, is because nobody else is playing by those rules. Especially not when it comes to legality or the legal system.
