To get on the team, he'll still have to go through Daton Fix and Gilman, but he has put himself in position.

Spencer is so damn good. His closest match was 8-2 and he hadn't even wrestled freestyle since 2016.

The freestyle part is what surprised me as well. To be away from it for so long and still dominate is pretty amazing.

Fix is going to be a tough out, though.
