Kinda Crazy to think that Standford and Iowa could meet in the Holiday Bowl this year, and more emphatically are likely to be either team 5 or 6 in their conferences bowl pecking orders this year despite good records. That's the type of year it has been. Standford will probably be number 5 in the Pac 12 pecking order, if not 6. Iowa will be 6 in the Big Ten. Weird year in college football and these two conferences.

I'm hearing Holiday Bowl vs. either Stanford or Colorado or the Music City Bowl vs. Arkansas. Is Iowa in the talks with any other bowls out there? I would be very happy with the Holiday Bowl. Never cared much for the Music City Bowl, but Nashville is a very easy 1 day drive from Iowa. I guess I have heard Iowa's name in the Pin Stripe Bowl in New York.

I'd rather see the Music City bowl but if we go to the Holiday Bowl I want Stanford. Yes it's not the same Stanford but I do not care as I want the chance to embarrass them like they did us dirty. Let's wipe the smug smiles off Shaws face. That would cap a season.
