"last minute" tickets for the orange bowl?

Hi,

me and my girlfriend arrive on the 5th of january, 2pm in Miami. We want to go to the orange bowl, but I don´t know if we can make it just in time (missing plan, delay...). So I want to buy tickets when we are in Miami. On the Facebook-Site of the orange bowl mascot someone told me, that there will be tickets sold outside the stadium by people trying to sell their extra tickets. Would you agree?
Will there tickets sold by a official ticket office in the stadium?

I believe Florida is an anti-scalping state but they have a a fenced in area where people can buy and sell tickets.

It is not a crime if you sell it for face value or less. I just want a couple of Iowa fans to enjoy the game - I will sell it for considerably less than face value.
