Just defeated no. 12 Minnesota 2-0 to advance in the BIG 10 tourney. Will play nebby tomorrow. They beat Rutgers yesterday 5-3. CONGRATULATIONS HAWKEYES!!!!!! Beat nebby!!!
 


Great job Iowa, this win is so huge for the program. I hope that this success continues for them. A big should out to Shayla Starkenburg who went the distance and shut the goofers out! Also for Holly Hoffman for providing the winning runs.
 






The LADY HAWKS lost to nebby 9-6. They fought very hard to the bitter end. We lose Megan Blank to graduation which in comparison she's to softball like Samantha Logic was to basketball. Megan thank you for being a Hawkeye and you are one fantastic softball player. Congrats to the rest of the team and I'm very proud of all of you. GO HAWKS!!
