Disterhoft and Logic led the comeback, but the unsung heroine was Claire Till. Her great 2nd half defense when Doolittle was in foul trouble was spectacular. She worked so hard for position and her blockouts were
great. Great win for Iowa on to Northwestern.

The Iowa Women excorcised some demons on Monday night, taking out a
Ranked Cornhusker team and keeping an IOWA BigTen title possibility alive.

Ally Disterhoft was just Money in the 2nd half, with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
Her running mate, Sam Logic was dealing and dishing all thru the second half & overtime.
Brittany Doolittle, playing with 4 fouls, hit huge baskets and made some terrific steals to
help seal the victory for IOWA.

Really, a fantastic win for the Iowa program.

Just saw the RPI for Women College BB, today. Iowa Hawkeyes are now at #10 in the nation.
If Tournament draw was held today, the Hawkeye Ladies would probably have a 4 or possibly a 3
seed.
