Very cool new experience this morning. Ron picked me up at 6 am and we hit the kickoff Iowa FB breakfast at the downtown Sheraton. Standing room only.
Got to ogle all the new freshman (who had to do the Hokey Pokey), all the coaches and other dignitaries. CJ towered above all others. He passes the eye-candy test for sure.
The Spirit Squad and the Cheerleaders were not bad to look at either. The band was rocking for sure.
Coach Ferentz was his usual professional self. Needless to say, excitement and expectations are running high in Hawkeye Nation.
