KF did not hire anybody

the truth being is he moved people around, and promoted one coach;
there has been no Hire made. there are 3 unfilled position left to be filled
Parker was promoted to DC nothing more
Morgan was moved to the DL from the OL
Wilson was moved to DB from ST/LB to DB

all this could have been done at least a month ago

now we need a OL coach, a QB coach, and a OC

3 coaches left nobody has been hired to replace them
DC Norm Parker retired, so PHil Parker was promoted to replace him
DL Kaz left for Nebraska, so Reese Morgan was moved from the OLto DL
KOK left for Miami, nodody was moved to replace him, but hopefully Soup gets the position

so like i said KF did not hire anybody, and i expect Phil Parker to coach LB'rs mainly because the MLB handles the play calling on the field as they are sent in from the sideline
which is one of the biggest reasons the OC is the QB coach; so if Soup is promoted to OC, KF still will not have hired anybody; it is hard to hire somebody that has already been on the staff

Could you say this a third time, except in a slightly different way? I don't think this fact was abundantly obvious 18 hours ago...

so this way, KF can hire one person to take on OC, spread the duties to OL and QB and bank the salaries of the other two. brilliant.

No way they go with 3 coaches on the defensive side of the ball. There will be a linebackers coach (at least for outside linebackers). When Norm was a position coach and DC he only had the middle linebacker position someone else had the rest. I think that they will want Phil to only focus on coordinating next year and not be distracted by trying to coach technique and position drills during practice.

Wilson was the sole LB'r coach and coached ST, they do not break up position coaches as a normal course of action Wilson and Norm split the LB'rs duties because of Norm's health issues
and i started this because everybody was claiming there had been a HIRE , and in fact nobody has been hired

Parker DC/LB'r coach... former DB coach
Wilson DB coach... former LB'r and ST coach
Morgan DL coach ... former OL coach
Wilson's spot as ST coach is open
OL coaches spot is open
Eric Johnson Recruiting Coordinator/TE coach
Erb Wilson RB/ST coach as he split the ST with Wilson
Soup WR coach.. hopefully gets promoted to OC
OC/QB coach is open
KF HC

spots to be filled and that means he will have to hire 3 coaches, a GA like Woods would be considered a hire, as he is not considered a part of the staff officially
it is my hope that he is made a permanent part of the staff and spits the ST and LB'rs with Parker, but i am thinking he will take over all the ST duties
i am also hoping that if Soup stays the WR coach and get promoted to OC
that David Raih gets put on the staff as the QB coach,

don't care if you approve or not just making a point that there has been no hire, when there are a lot of posters out there calling this a new hire

They must have hired someone because I have never heard of this Erb Wilson fellow that you speak of that coaches rb's :D
