together they have instilled a level of apathy within the Iowa football program that winning 6-8 games a year is all we should expect, such a low bar to set a monkey could achieve it with our schedule. If Iowa football ever needed a new culture established, it is now. So tired of being teased by winning one game each year we aren't expected to win, only to go back to Todd Lickliter type of football. KF is becoming the Jim Criner of the old Big 8, defeat a Nebraska or Oklahoma once every couple of years and be satisfied at ruining their season.

and what about our so called great strength and conditioning program?!?! We have looked so very average over the past 8 years. Has Chris Doyle become a fat & lazy cat like our head coach? Bullies of the Big 10 has long expired with the Iowa program.

Like ole Greg Davis would say, "You can't go wrong putting money in the bank." You can't shake a stick at 6-8 wins son. It is better than 5 wins or even 4,3,2,1, or zero wins. And 66 yards is better than going under 50 yards.

Remember, the foundation is being laid for next two years. Remember that.

That said, the Ohio St game was beyond fun to watch. That is somewhat getting me through the dreadful game plan and poor execution against Wisconsin.

Just get these next 2 wins and finish a bowl game on the winning side. Then we shall see what father and son come up with next year.

I'm guessing our S&C program is stuck in 1999 as well. Sure looks like it by looking at our players compared to other teams, and how much they get shoved around.
