Hawkeyes currently a 7.5-point underdog at the Wynn in Vegas.

It's crazy that Maryland is having a really good season and Iowa is having a really bad one, yet Vegas sees us as only a few points worse. Razor thin margin.

7.5 points is a decent size spread in college basketball. And as you mentioned, the Big Ten has been kind of crazy and unpredictable this year.

It is. But it's not that big for a team at the top of the Big 10 playing at home against a team that you would think was horrible after spending 5 minutes on here.
