Hawkeyes jumped up 30 spots.

Any progress is good. This is rewarding to Fran and the team, as it should be. It is also rewarding to Hawk fans in general. I have no idea what our Pom rating was last season, and don't want to know.....

It is very nice to get recognition for the Wisconsin game. Saturday, the experts kept talking about the game on ESPN and BTN, painting the Hawks in a somewhat favorable light.....

Truer words have never been spoken, Shane. I do remember the downcast aspect of the Spartans during and after the game last year at Carver. One of their players mentioned that not only did they lose big, but to IOWA.....

Also, watching Wisky a few games its hard to trust any team that relies on the 3 as much as they do. Taylor is awesome but they dont have anyone else who can get them consistent points from inside the 3 point line. When they shoot well they will look legit but they will have many games like the last 2
