Iowa has 1 player guaranteed 1st team All Big Ten and that’s Keith Duncan. The guy has kept us in all 3 of these big games that we ultimately lost as well as the win over Iowa St. With all the anger about how we have played in the big games and our trouble scoring I figured I would commend a guy who has been consistently great all season. This guy hung around and continued perfecting his skill these past few years and he has been incredible thus far.

Pretty incredible that he had such a big kick 3 years ago then got beat out by a great kicker in 2017 and 2018 but he didn't pack it in and quit. He stayed with it and thank goodness for us he did. He is the team MVP

The Stanley led offense definitely put him in position.

The problem is too many times they left him in position.

Hey, it's still on pace for 10-3 and that's not chopped liver, deal losing most of the important games. But I said it after either the Purdue or the Northwestern game. The narrative for the season had been established, and Kirk was going to get even more conservative and lean even more on the defense.
