Rogers is out of shape and playing very little. He's been in for a half dozen plays for the last four games. Missing blocks and getting wiped out on pass protection. Has not run at all. A few glimpses of what he was last year but that's it. CJF still can't block that well and other than a couple catches today, has not been anything close to what we've had for years from our tight ends. Route running has been poor. Herman & Derby can't catch the ball. We have 3/4ths our starters back (not seniors) and most of the quality on our depth chart are not seniors either. I call that young, talented yet inexperienced.
