JVB=one more series... try anybody else at QB

Unless JVB can lead the Hawks to a TD in the next series... give anyone else a chance.

He continues to be HIGHLY innacurate... enough chances.

Anyone? any other QB?
 
UVB made a couple nice throws last drive when he did not have pressure. As soon as pedo u started to bring heat he made bad decisions and fumbled.
 
JVB goes down. Pops back up.. got to give that to him.

Along with hunting down bear or moose or Bambi.. whatever...

and having a MILF mom
 
At some point KF has to make the change. I know we don't see practice, but if THIS is the best we can do, this program is in serious trouble.
 
He's there because he has experience reading the D I guess. As if the idea of calling a play and running it has been dismissed. Every play, every snap seems to require analysis of the D.

Anyone can hand the freeking ball off. Any of the QBs can throw as well if not better than him. Take away the presnap analysis which hasn't yieleded anything - just let another guy run the plays that the OC calls.

Well that's just it. KF only knows how to respond when he has something to lose - that is the base aloy of his philosphy, play not to lose. So when Iowa is in this situation- they lock up, freeze up and shut down.

If you're a Hawk fan you should know by now Ferentz will NEVER take him out.

It's too bad. I feel for Vandy, this is on the coaches. He's mentally gone, and every time they trot him out there his head gets worse.

Yep..bingo.. I just don't get it. If our 2nd string is that bad and not willing to play him to get some game time then next year will be just as bad. But, like you said unfortunately it won't happen because he's a "good guy" and an Iowa boy.
 
This is totally against my normal slant on things, but JVB keeps throwing BAD passes I'm realy disappointed in him. I had thought he'd be a decent QB for us this year Never thought I'd say this, but I think it's time to look to the future, and give some experience to next year's possible replacements. Seems pretty obvious that JVB can't get the job done this year.
