It is no wonder tOSU has held court over the Big 10 for so long and had more guys drafted than any other college team in the country. The state of Ohio is so very underrated for the amount of talent it produces. It gets said a lot I know, but here is the reality behind it....They produce about 100 D-1 kids or so a year behind only the big 3 of Florida, Texas and Cali yet they get predominantly who they WANT losing a few to UM, a few to PSU and sometimes teams like us.
The other 3 states are cut and diced over and over by many worthy in state universities not too mention many out of staters as well....I'm glad we started in rows several years back as it is and should continue to pay dividends.
This all came about because they are just heads and shoulders more athletic and talented than PA and I was watching just to see Johnny Lowdermilk, who played a flex-hybrid Lber/sfty slot. Started and was active....needs to be more physical but he can play eventually for us.
