Per TOS Iowa is recruiting Sean Draper a CB out of Ohio, now it says that Phil Parker is his recruiter, but Coach Campbell is the coach that stop by to set up his visit. Is this normal ? Was Campbell just in the area ? Was Parker the recruiter ? If Parker was going to be the new DC would he be setting up this visit?

I think one possible explanation of what is going on here is a combination of Parker being Draper's future position coach, thus he does some of Draper's recruiting, and Campbell being the regional recruiter for Draper's region, thus he does some of Draper's recruiting.
