I wonder if it got in through the latest java vulnerabilities. They just released an update today, so if you haven't updated your java, you should. Then disable it, since you don't need it for 99% of web surfing.

Someone was trying to get in thru the vbookie plugin so we have disabled it and are scanning lfiles for any possible trouble

Do you have the URL of the virus by chance? We just scanned all of our files and they are clean
