Holy Smokes, Dude!
Listened to your snake story on the podcast. I will not be buying a farmhouse in Oklahoma, ever!
Kinda wonder how the inspector didn't notice anything...
I heard housing is still affordable in Pueblo. My wife was born in Stillwater, we live in Colorado currently. But when our daughter graduates we are almost certainly Oklahoma bound. Can't wait. Might be able to afford to live again. I'll fight the snakes!

Good grief...IMO a snake situation like that is A HINT AND A HALF TO GET OUT!
Not sure how I could even sleep a wink if that happened to me. Best of luck - hope all things work out for the good...and fast!!
That'd be like moving to Kansas. yuckPer capita, Pueblo has the highest percentage of violent crime in the state. You must live out here as well. No thanks, I'll pass. At this point the only way we end you staying is if we move rural and east.
My sweet Lord there is nothing in the world I hate more than snakes. That story makes my skin crawl!!
Weather in Iowa absolutely sucks but Ive only seen one snake in 25 years on my property. And that was too many. LOL
amen brother...not many things in nature bother me. But SNAKES....no thank you. I'm freaked out by anything that moves that fast without legs or wings.
That is gross.Stumbled upon this bullsnake last year. Probably about 6 feet.
