I love the guy. He's interesting and full of fire and passion for the game. I saw little in the OP that would indicate "he's an idiot." Just because you don't like him doesn't make him an idiot.
Is he arrogant in real life? Maybe, I don't know, but I'm not trying to be friends with him. I just want to his insight into the game of football.
