I think probing Deace's thoughts on the topic of "who" is very interesting from the standpoint that he does not have the emotional investment in Iowa and does not share our jaded perspective about how we view our program. Yet, he still understands the Iowa program and Big Ten well enough to not puke out names like the ESPN folks or other national pundits.

Pearl was at Stanford I believe with Davis before their move to Iowa City. I'm with you though, he won't end up on Oregon.
